To work out if the part has shorted out; use a multi-meter to check the part for continuity between the prongs and also the case. If the refulgent surface part shows continuity between the prongs and also the case, this means that it's shorted out. If the refulgent surface part is shorted out, replace it.

Cause four Solid Surface part

Sometimes, once the surface part is shorted out, it's visibly broken. Examine the surface part of the injury. If the part is broken, replace it. to work out if the part has shorted out, use a millimeter to check the part for continuity. If the solid surface part has continuity from the part connectors to the surface case, this means that the surface part is shorted out. If the surface part is shorted out, replace it.
